Gevo Gets Isobutanol Production Patents; Sues Butamax, DuPont for Infringement

Gevo was awarded Patent No. 8,017,375, "Yeast Organism Producing Isobutanol at a High Yield," which focuses on converting an ethanol producing yeast into an isobutanol producing one.
