Oil futures drifted lower on Monday as the market eyed the return of temporarily lost production and the US dollar strengthened. Iran's deputy oil minister said the country has no plans to halt producing or exporting crude, and added that Iranian exports will reach 2.2 million barrels per day by the summer.
