As US producers come to terms with the likelihood that crude oil prices will remain at lower levels into 2016, executives have pledged to move quickly to attain "cash flow neutrality" and relieve the pressure on their debt - heavy balance sheets. But Whiting Petroleum is one of the few companies so far that have quantified what that kind of spending restraint will mean in terms of drilling activity and production next year.
