ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSUREA vehicle suitable for delivering a xenobiotic toa mammalian host to beneficially alter the pharmacodynamics(e.g., plasma kinetics, chemotherapeutic effectiveness, toxicity,oral absorption, tissue distribution, metabolism and the like)of the xenobiotic.
