US Chevron has pushed back the start-up of the Chuandongbei gas project it will operate in the onshore Sichuan Basin to 2013 from 2012, according to a recent filing to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The sour-gas project is one of two Chinese gas projects involving foreign participants that were originally expected to start up this year.
