Europe: DAP imports down in 2016

DAP imports between January and July for major European DAP buying regions were down 9.5% year on year at 908,208 mt, according to new data from IHS GTA. France imported 239,902 mt DAP between January and August, down 4.2% on the same period 2015. Imports from Russia/Lithuania increased 2.4% to 128,081 mt, while imports from Tunisa increased to 40,167 mt from 14,647 mt. Imports from Morocco declined to 18,741 mt from 65,556 mt.
