Uralkali agrees Sberbank refinancing at EGM

Uralkali approved a credit line for as much as $3.9 billion from PJSC Sberbank at its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of shareholders, the Russian potash producer announced on March 16. The loan will be used “for the purpose of refinancing of earlier credits received from the bank as well as other general corporate purposes”, Uralkali said.
