Uralkali and sberbank in $1.5bn loan

On 9 September 2015, Uralkali and Sberbank signed an agreement to open a non-revolving $1.5bn credit line. The fnal maturity date of the facility is September 2020. The credit line will be used as a reserve facility for the refnancing of existing loans according to their repayment schedules and to fnance Uralkali's existing investments.
