France: Rise in Russian and US UAN offtake

France imported 1.3 million mt in the first seven months of 2016 a 10% increase year-on-year, with July volumes rising 5% to 204,866 mt. The majority of France's UAN requirements from January though July 2016 were met by the Netherlands with 289,499 mt, a 7% increase from 2015 and Russia's Acron and EuroChem with 254,515, mt a tripling year on year. Both countries provided around 20% each of France's imports.
