UAN values are echoing reports for other nitrogens and fertilizer in general, with declines across the world coming almost every week. Key global benchmarks are the weakest since January 2011. Currently limited UAN demand is reported amid ample supply, which is pushing UAN prices downwards. Suppliers hope for an uptick in demand as soon as next month for cargoes to cover spring demand. The Egyptian price fell $5/mt this week after Abu Qir awarded 4,000 mt to Trammo at $150/mt FOB. Meanwhile, GrodnoAzot's 25,000 mt UAN-32 January 13 tender saw returns to the producer at $155/mt FOB Klaipeda equivalent from sales to Interore and Trammo.
