India: NP/NPK stocks remain high in August

Lower Indian domestic NP/NPK production and imports have been offset by slower offtake in the current fertilizer year, according to FAI data. In July, India's inland offtake of NP/NPK was 660,040 mt, a 19% decline on the July 2015 figure. In the fertilizer year to date India's NP/NPK offtake is down 15% year on year at 2.1 million mt.
