The present invention relates to a system to quantitatively manage NPK nourishment for ICT-based smart farms capable of automatically calculating an excreta amount and contained nourishment when the number of livestock is inputted by farming stage to accurately predict nourishment contained in locally produced livestock excreta, thereby accurately determining the quantity of liquefied fertilizer to be sprayed to a target farm by automatically calculating the amount of applied fertilizer in NPK (nitrogen, phosphorous, potassium) when the excreta is returned to the farm. The system to quantitatively manage NPK nourishment for ICT-based smart farms includes: a terminal inputting livestock information based on the web and requesting the calculation of an excreta amount and contained nourishment or inputting crop type information and requesting the recommendation of a fertilizer; and a livestock excreta resourcing unit predicting an excreta amount and calculating contained nourishment, recommending a fertilizer according to soil for the cultivation of crops, and calculating and providing the amount of applied fertilizer if the terminal inputs livestock information or crop type information and requests the recommendation of a fertilizer.
