Shell's $1 Bn North Sea sale

Shell's move to offload some of its core North Sea assets would see the Anglo Dutch major getting US $1 Bn over two years for them, according to bankers UBS. Shell has plans to sell off swathes of its global portfolio as part of its $30 Bn divestment plans and a number of its North Sea assets have been reported to be up for grabs.
