Saipem sells Firenze floater

Saipem has agreed a US $463m deal to sell the Firenze FPSO (floating production, storage and offloading) vessel to Eni. The FPSO is currently deployed on the Enioperated Aquila field off the coast of Puglia, Italy, together with the on-board processing plant. The sale also includes existing related contracts, including those in place with production and vessel operations personnel.
