Eni spud Vietnam well

Italy’s Eni has started drilling an exploration well to test the large Cua Lo gas prospect in Block 105 offshore Vietnam. Australian partner Neon Energy said the jack-up rig Ensco 107 spudded the well on 11 August. The rig is drilling at a water depth of 249ft (76m) to a planned total depth of 9,272ft (2,826m).
