Dart hits China PSCs

Australia’s coalbed methane (CBM) company Dart Energy has entered into a Letter of Intent (LoI) with Henan CBM and Hong Kong Prosperous Clean Energy (HPEC) for foreign co-operation Production Sharing Contracts (PSCs) in China. Under the LoI, the three companies will seek government approvals for the PSCs in relation to a number of unconventional gas assets that are presently held by state-owned Hunan CBM.
