In response to the story "Shanghai Crude Futures Contract Targets End-2015 Launch" that ran on May 29, 2015, the Dubai Mercantile Exchange (DME) has explained to International Oil Daily that no one player is "dominant" in the Dubai partials market or the DME (IOD May29'15). The exchange noted that "no single customer ever accounts for more than around 7-9% of DME price formation in a single month."
