The Libya Dawn alliance, which seized control of the capital Tripoli, has sacked its leader Omar al-Hassi, who is now refusing to go. Libyan production and exports are increasing despite the civil war in the country, with output now at 564,000 b/d of oil and 2 Bcf/d of gas (IOD Mar.24'15).
