摘要

When Bobby Baillargeon built his first Audi dealership in suburban Dallas in 2003, getting a loan to finance the project was pretty easy, he says. Not so with his second store. Cautious bank appraisers told him they thought the store would fail. Some lenders that he approached would agree to finance no more 50 percent of the project's appraised value. So with a little help from his dad, a former Ford dealer, Baillargeon, 44, financed the dealership himself.
