摘要

In this research work, we studied the content, structure and properties of arabinogalactan separated from cherry gum. The main polymer chain and linked polysaccharide macromolecules were investigated by NMR and FTIR spectroscopy. We also defined the amount of some metals ion (Na. Mg, Ca, K, Zn, Cu, Mn, Fe, Pb, Cd) and activity as ~(137)Cs, ~(226)Ra, ~(228)Ra, ~(40)K, ~(235)U, ~(238)U radioactive elements in content by atom-absorption spectroscopy and γ-spectrometer. Hydrogels based on arabinogalactan were synthesized and immobilization of trypsin was studied. It was shown that at pH = 8 during the first 3 h separation of trypsin into solution is 8 %, but after 40 h it is found to be 92-98%.
