European delivered prices fall for sixth week

European delivered coal prices fell this week for the sixth consecutive week amid a lack of physical deals, high stocks at major import terminals and little incremental prompt demand. Few spot deals are being done because demand is limited. Many generators are covered for the fourth quarter, with one large European utility heard to have completed its buying requirements for the whole of next year.
