Diversity Analysis of Fruit Nutrient Indicator and Quantitative Traits of Native Persimmon Genetic Resources in Zhejiang Province

The objective of this paper was to study the fruit diversity of native persimmons genetic resources in Zhejiang Province. Mutation analysis with a total of 19 indicators of the fruit quantitative traits and nutrients was carried on 172 persimmon genetic resources. The results showed that among the quantitative traits of the coefficient of variation (CV) and Shannon diversity index (SHDI) of fruit weight (FW) were all the highest, 40.95% and 2.15, respectively. In nutrition indicators, the coefficientof variation (CV) of soluble tannin (ST) content was up to 86.57%, and the Shannon diversity index (SHDI) of soluble sugar (SSr) was up to 2.07. The principal component analysis showed that eigenvalue of the cumulative contribution rate of the first eight principal components was 75.89%. Cluster analysis was then done, and the genetic resources could be divided into seven groups. All in the first group were found to be the Jinzao persimmon series, which was very different compared with other groups.
