摘要

The introduction of phosphonic acid groups (PAs) into organic molecules is well used in drug design,[1] materials science,[ 2] and biological processes.[3] The increasing importance of phosphorus compounds demands new, simple, and efficient methods, especially multicomponent one-pot methods, for the preparation of structurally sophisticated phosphorus compounds that are not readily available through classical methods. This has stimulated extensive research on transition- metal-catalyzed C-P bond-forming reactions through either additions of PAs into unsaturated C-C bonds or couplings with organohalides.[4, 5]
