The Minister of State for Petroleum and Natural Gas, Mr. R.P.N. Singh has pointed out that recoverable reserves of crude oil in the country by Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd. (ONGC), Oil India Ltd. (OIL) and private/joint venture companies is assessed at 757.4-mt as on 1 April 2011.
