Syngenta reported higher sales in the second quarter of 2012 and confirmed the company's intention to boost its share of the total agricultural chemicals market beyond 2015. That would follow a program to integrate Syngenta's commercial and R&D organizations for agchems and seeds to sharpen the company's global crop focus. The integration program has already been completed.
