DuPont chair and CEO Ellen Kullman says U.S. companies are struggling to fill openings for skilled workers, and that the education systemneeds to keep pace with the evolving demands of the job market. Kullman and Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg have issued a roadmap for educators to help students be better prepared for the job market. The recommendations for closing this gap are part of the education section Kullman and Sandberg authored for a recent White House jobs council report.
