GPCA Holds First Annual Supply Chain Forum

PGA held its first Supply Chain Forum on October 13-14, 2009 at the Gulf Hotel in Bahrain. The event addressed key supply chain challenges faced by the Gulf petrochemicals and chemicals industry, and sought to achieve higher industry standards by facilitating knowledge, expertise, and best practices. The forum got underway with the inauguration of an exhibition by Abdulrah-man Jawahery, Board Member of GPCA and General Manager of Gulf Petrochemical Industries Co. Abdulwahab Al-Sadoun, GPCA Secretary General, welcomed delegates and formally opened the Supply Chain Forum, announcing that the forum would become an annual event and be held every year in Bahrain.
