摘要

An epidemiological paper is different in a character from a paper of an experimental sciense, such as a technological paper. It should be constructed at safety side, that is, it should be written from the standpoint that any one of the potential causes of disease in qestion does not be omitted, while there are some possible doubts on the propriety of an assumption as a presume and on the logicality of a reasoning in its description. We, the electrical persons concerned, should make a careful examination of these doubts and take measures to inform persons of a thing when we can not remove these doubts. A newspaper, according to the paper published in June 1999 by members at University of Toronto. Canada and others, said that a risk of childhood leukemia at the power-line magnetic fields higher than 0.7 mG is about four times the risk at lower than 0.3 mG. In this report, we give tilt outline and make an examination of this paper.
