摘要

Self-consistent model for simulation of boron and nitrogen depth distribution in iron after successive implantation accompanied by the deposition of surface carbon layer has been presented. The model allows to describe an experimentally observed deviation of B and N distribution from gaussian-like form during successive implantation.
