摘要

The results of experiments on presoaking Echinacea purpurea (L) Moench seeds with manganese and zinc are presented. Soaking the seeds ill solutions of MnSO_4 and ZnSO_4 increases the energy of germination by 36% and 33% accordingly. Laboratory germinability increases by 9,5--14,5% and 16,5--17,5%. Field germinability increases by 27,0---40,5%. Optimum concentrations of solutions are 0,05% in MnSO_4 and 0,1% in ZnSO_4. Soaking seed during 12 hours resulted in maximum increase of all investigated parameters.
