Authors have studied degradation phenomenon of electrical contacts by a Hammering Oscillation Mechanism (HOM) which have been developed. They propose an evaluating method for fundamental parameters of objects on a printed circuit board (PCB) by the mechanism. They name the parameters "effective mass", "effective force" and "effective acceleration" [1], [2]. In this paper, in addition to the above static parameters, they propose another dynamic parameter which they name "effective natural frequency". They measure frequency distributions on the PCB under some conditions by acceleration values using HOM. And they show the tendency that the larger the mass is the smaller the effective natural frequency is.
