摘要

We investigate the macro-spin simulation by solving the Landau-Lifshitz-Gilbert equation with spin transfer torque (STT) obtained by means of the drift-diffusive model. The drift-diffusive model has an advantage for solving a fully-metallic spin system. It provides the analytical result. The following simulations were performed based on the calculated angle-dependent STT through MgO/FM, and Ru/FM as reported by Lee et al.
