Draft standard on the state hierarchical chain for measuring instruments of heat quantity in water heating systems and estimation of thermal energy measurements errors for commercial metering junctions

摘要

The first draft of the standard on the state hierarchycal chain for measuring instruments of heat quantity in water heating systems is described. The main principles of the developed new procedures for error estimation of thermal energy and heat-carrier mass measurements for commercial metering junctions on the base of МИ 2553-99 are presented.
