摘要

Investigation results of mechanical properties and hot cracking resistance at the argon-arc welding with wires and industrial type electrodes are presented. Principal possibility of the new filler wires application for arc welding of aluminum alloys at the Al-Mg and Al-Cu systems is considered. Investigation results of mechanical properties and alloys weldability according to different methods are shown. Recommendations for new filler wires application for different constructions from aluminum alloys are given. The development and introduction experience of different aluminum alloys plasma welding methods: automatic with filler wire supplying, with penetrating arc, combined methods - plasma welding with penetrating arc and with simultaneous filler wire supplying, plasma welding with consumable electrode is considered. High efficiency of hand plasma welding at repair and fabrication of constructions from different aluminum alloys especially under assembly conditions is noted. Plasma technologies provide with high quality of welded joints and productivity.
