Time-Resolved Observation of Solid-State Reaction by Rapid Data Collection and Structure Analysis

The rapid X-ray diffraction data collection methodhas advantages for the time-resolved observation of solid-statereactions in crystal and structure analysis of unstable crystals. Thnew diffractometers for rapid data collection using two-dimensional detector have been developed to achieve both highspeed measurement and high data accuracy. Step-by-step molecularstructure changes of cobaloxime complex, distibene molecule areobserved by using the new diffractometer first time.
