Circuit applications precision analog multiplexers

摘要

Circuit applications of precision analog switches in the devices with higher requirements to signal transmission accuracy is considered, in particular in the devices whose operation is based upon charge transfer principle. Essential electricalparameters of such switches are presented and specific features of their application are illustrated by the examples of an inverter, a frequency-to-voltage converter and a multiplier of analog signals.
