摘要

Inductor commutation soft-switched PWM inverter is constructed with a simple circuit and its control method is the same of the conventional hard-switched PWM inverter. This converter needs flowing a reactive current to realize soft-switching. The reactive current causes to reduce the efficiency. In order to improve the efficiency, a frequency modulation (FM) of the drive signals has been introduced. In this paper we propose a novel FM technique for the more improvement of the efficiency.
