一种用于电机驱动的软开关三相PWM逆变器的效率分析

     

摘要

讨论了一种用于电机驱动的软开关三相PWM逆变器的功率损耗和效率提高问题,给出了软开关条件下的三相PWM逆变器在实现提高开关频率、降低开关损耗及提高效率等方面优越性时谐振电感和谐振电容的取值条件。通过理论分析得出结论:选择适当的谐振元件,不仅能使软开关三相PWM逆变器电路工作在很高的开关频率下,而且能使逆变器的效率得到明显的提高。对具体电路的计算结果表明理论分析是正确的。%In this paper, the switching power losses and the efficiency raising on a novel soft-switching three-phase PWM inverter for motor drive are discussed and the selection condition of resonant inductance and resonant capacitance are given so that obtaining the advantages include high switch frequence and reducing switching power loss and high efficiency in soft-switching PWM inverter. The conclusion from the theoretical analysis shows that the soft-switching three-phase PWM inverter can operate in high switch frequency and its efficiency of it is raised obviously if resonant components is selected suitably. Finally, the validity of theortically analysis is verified by calculation to the specific circuit.
