It was represented the facts of research ofindexes of local resistance of lungs: fagocytar activity of alveolar macrofags, endogen phospholypasa of class A, and superficial activity of lungs surfactant's in the experimental chronical unspecific pneumonia (ECUP) of rats. It was shown that in the ECUP marked almost 2 times, reducing fagocytar acitvity of alveolar macrofags. It is accompanied by reliable increasing activity of phospholypasas A, -- toxic deterdent of cells and other lipid biomembrans. It was discovered hat similar rise phospholypasa activity correlation with reducing superficial activity property of lungs surfactants that it was expressed more than 2 times reducing of sigmificant of indexes et stabilisation. It was established that in the development of chronical pneumonia leading pathogenetical role play not only microb aggression, but neglecting by them desintegration in the system of cell and humoral factors of local defence of lungs.
