摘要

Several N-lactosylated-1,3,5-thtadiazine hydrochlorides have been prepared by the interaction of I-aryl-5-hepta-O-benzoyl-β-D-lactosyl-2-S-benzyl-2,4-isodithiobiurets and phenyl isocyanodichloride. The structure of these new N-Iactosylated-1,3,5-thiadiazines have been established on the basis of usual chemical transformations and IR, NMR and Mass spectral analysis. Antimicrobial activities of these compounds were evaluated.
