两个2-芳基-2,3-二氢-1,5-苯并噻庚因-4(5H)-酮化合物的合成并用XRD和热分析对其表征

     

摘要

用改进的方法合成和确证了2-苯基-2,3-二氢-1,5-苯并噻庚因-4(5H)-酮(PDBT)和2-(2-呋喃基)-2,3-二氢-1,5-苯并噻庚因-4(5H)-酮 (FDBT) 两个化合物,其纯度分别为99.5%和99.6%.并得到了其X-射线粉末衍射图谱,最强线用Hanawalt法表示.另对这两个化合物的TG和DSC曲线进行测试,并对其特征值进行指征.结果发现,两化合物在熔化时就发生了分解,其熔点测定具有程序性,就此引起不同文献报道的熔点值存在明显差异.根据GB/T617-1988对其熔点测定,给出了两化合物的熔点值:PDBT T始175.86°C, T终177.09°C ;FDBT T始158.54°C,T终159.31°C.%PDBT and FDBT were synthesized by improved method and characterized. The purity of PDBT obtained was 99.5% and FDBT, 99.6%. X-ray powder diffraction patterns of PDBT and FDBT were obtained and the strongest lines expressed by Hanawalt method. TG and DSC curves of PDBT and FDBT have been performed and their characteristic values were denoted. It was found that PDBT and FDBT decomposed during melting, thus the measuring of the melting points of these compounds appeared the procedural specialities, which led to the notable different values of the melting point of PDBT and FDBT reported in the past literatures. The melting point was measured according to the standard, GB/T 617-1988. The data of the melting point of PDBT were Ti 175.86°C and Tf 177.09°C and FDBT, Ti 158.54°C and Tf 159.31°C.
