摘要

The specificity of the intermolecular interaction of polycyclic arenes with the stationary phase under the conditions of HPLC is described most completely by multiple correlation equations that include first-to-fourth-order linear connectivity indices and the number of double bonds in molecules of polycyclic arenes as independent variables.The three-parameter equations can be used to predict the chromatographic behavior and standard-free identifications of polycyclic arenes in complex mixtures.
