INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR LUBRICATION OF MANUFACTURING EQUIPMENT IN PROCESSING INDUSTRY BASED ON DEFINED RELIABILITY

摘要

Based on the research of manufacturing equipment reliability in cellulose and paper processing industry, this paper presents an information system for lubrication control on very complex and diverse equipment located in facilities within this industry. The correct performance of activities of this kind requires organised maintenance and maintenance workers well trained for performing and monitoring the lubrication process, where information systems developed for these purposes play a decisive role. The information system for lubrication is designed as described in this paper and significantly helps preserving the desired manufacturing equipment reliability with the goal to increase its operating efficiency within the allowed tolerances.
