The present invention relates to a WSN-based system and method for analyzing an operation efficiency of motor pump equipment in an industry manufacturing process, which defines an operation efficiency analysis model of various motor pump equipment, collects data using WSN (Wireless Sensor Network), and analyzes the operation efficiency by applying the collected data to the operation efficiency analysis model, so that the WSN-based system and method for analyzing an operation efficiency of motor pump equipment in an industry manufacturing process can be used as a tool for improving and checking energy efficiency. According to the present invention, the system for analyzing an operation efficiency of motor pump equipment in an industry manufacturing process comprises a data measuring unit (10) installed on the motor pump equipment (11) and having a WSN-based (15) wireless measurement sensor (12) which measures physical quantity data required for analyzing the operation efficiency of the motor pump equipment (11); and an operation efficiency analyzer (20) which receives the physical quantity data of the motor pump equipment (11) from the data measuring unit (10) to analyze the operation efficiency of the motor pump equipment (11) by analyzing the physical quantity data by the motor pump analysis model, thereby analyzing the operation efficiency of the motor pump equipment in real time and being able to be used as a tool for managing and improving high-efficiency operation.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
