基于故障树的机床设备润滑系统可靠性分析

         

摘要

为了能够顺利找到影响机床设备润滑系统失效的主要因素,并提出相应的措施来提高系统的可靠性,首先对机床设备润滑系统失效的原因进行分析;其次,建立润滑系统失效的故障树;然后,采用下行法求出了系统的24个全部最小割集;最后,定性分析了引起润滑系统失效的主要因素并定量分析了顶事件的可靠度及零件的重要度.结果表明:影响润滑系统失效的主要因素为:管路、接头泄露,元器件损坏,磨损,误操作等.针对上述出现的影响因素,提出了改进系统结构、改善加工工艺、提高员工技能等措施,来提高润滑系统的可靠性,为机床设备润滑系统故障调查提供了一种更系统而全面的分析方法,为机床设备润滑系统的故障分析提供技术支持.%In order to find the main factors that affect the failure of the lubrication system of machine tool e-quipment, and put forward corresponding measures to improve the reliability of the system. The reason of the failure for lubrication system is analyzed; The failure tree of lubrication system is established; Using de-scending method, the 24 minimal cut sets of the system are solved; the main factors causing the failure of the lubrication system are qualitatively analyzed. The results show that the leakage of pipeline and fittings, damage of components, wear and tear, and incorrect operation are the main factors that affecting the lubrica-tion system. In view of the above factors, measures that modifying the system structure, improving the pro-cessing technology and developing the staff skills are proposed to improve the reliability of the lubrication system. These results provide a systematic and comprehensive method for analyzing the failure investigation, and technical support for the failure analysis of machine tool equipment lubrication system.
