The concomitant occurrence of schwannoma and meningioma mimicking unilateral solitary cerebellopontine angle mass

Concurrent multiple primary brain tumors of distinct origin are not common, and the occurrence of schwannoma and meningioma in the same cerebellopontine angle (CPA) without neurofibromato-sis type II (NF-2) is extremely rare. We present a case of concomitant occurrence of schwannoma and meningioma mimicking unilateral solitary CPA mass without NF-2.
