Re: 'aCR white paper on teleradiology practice: A report from the task force on teleradiology practice'

Thanks to Zeke Silva, MD, I had an opportunity to preview the report [1] of the Task Force on Tel-eradiology Practice. I also listened to his presentation at the ACR's annual meeting. Given the amount of work and research that went into the preparation of the document and the superb cast of participants, I am even more hesitant to comment. However, I am concerned that the report is not critical enough of commercial teleradiology companies and that they might use the report to justify their existence.
