CORRELATION DEPENDANCE BETWEEN SOMATIC CELLS AND TOTAL COUNT OF BACTERIA IN COW MILK OF HOLSTEIN - FRIESiAN BREED IN FIRST AND SECOND LACTATION

This work examines cow milk of Holstein - Friesian breed in first and second lactation in duration of six month. Have been examined somatic cell count in milk and total count of bacteria. Somatic cells are natural ingredient in milk and their number can't be more than 400 000/ml. His number increase as result as infection of mammary gland and high bacteria number in the milk. The average values of somatic cells in the milk of first lactation was 219 491/ml and in the milk of second lactation was 275817/ml. The total count of bacteria was 146 111/ml in first lactation and 218 194 /ml in second lactation period. Is confirm that exist linear correlation between somatic cells and total count of bacteria with statistical meaning. In the milk of first lactation exist collar correlation dependence between somatic cells and total count of bacteria with coefficient r = 0,938 in first month. From linear correlation between somatic cells and total count of bacteria at cow in second lactation notice that exist correlation dependence with statistical meaning in first , fifth .sixth month r = 0,510; r= 0,697 ; r = 0,717.
