Intestinal ganglioneuromatosis (GNM) is rare. It's characterized by a benign involvement of intestinal wall made up of ganglion cells, Schwann cells and nerve fibers. This proliferation can affect any part of intestine. Colon and rectum are most frequently affected while Heal localization is rare and must be reported. Intestinal GNM is most often described in children whereas in adults, it's exceptional and reported in literature as isolated cases. We report a rare case of isolated ileal GNM on its infiltrating, ulcerated and stenosing form responsible for obscure intestinal bleeding.
