Everyone agrees that U.S.coal exports will hit meteoric levels in FY2008,and are cranking up to record highs in the waning days of 2007,but it might be wise to keep an eye on rail capacity as well as port capacity where the flood of export coal is concerned.There are signs that Norfolk Southern and CSX are getting "stressed" for lack of a better word.
